Mary Amos Augsburger, executive director of the Ohio State Bar Association, announc-ed the selection of Dublin resident Philip Insinga as the OSBA's technology director.

Insinga assumed his duties Dec. 30. Those duties include planning, organizing, developing, directing, managing and evaluating the entire scope of information system services for the OSBA, as well as responsibility for long-range technological planning and implementation.
Insinga brings more than 25 years of strategic and operational leadership experience to his new position. Most recently, he served as director of information technology for Jegs Automotive.
Insinga earned his undergraduate degree in management systems from Franklin University and an associate degree in applied accounting from Columbus State Community College.

Utrop, of Dublin, most recently served as CFO and executive vice president of Commercial Vehicle Group.
* Dublin resident Carol Clinton, president of E3 Strategic Partners, has been elected vice chairwoman of the Education Council for the international Air & Waste Management Association. From this post, she will succeed to Education Council chairwoman and member of the A&WMA Board of Directors.
E3 Strategic Partners is a Dublin-based consulting firm specializing in environmental, health, safety (EHS) and sustainability risk management.
In her role with the Education Council, Clinton will lead the A&WMA program of webinars, in-person and on-line courses, and other offerings for environmental professionals, teachers and higher education providers and the public.
* Shawn Parker has been elected to serve as vice president of the Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors Association.
The Powell resident is the founder of Parker Realty Associates, a Dublin-based firm, and New Perspective Asset Management.
