Halloween is almost here. Here's some fun stuff I found to do this weekend:

Thursday, Oct. 29 Nosferatu The OSU Urban Arts Space downtown in the Old Lazarus building will be screening old silent movie classic Nosferatu to a soundtrack made for the movie. The event is FREE and they have a "OSU Urban Arts" special drink waiting at the Tip Top for you afterwards for $3. For details, visit uas.osu.edu/program/nosferatu-screening-live-sound-track.

Haunted Ship The Santa Maria becomes a haunted ship this weekend, beginning tonight at 7 p.m. Tours of the ship are 20 minutes long and will be from 7-10 p.m. through Saturday. Cost for the tour is $5 for adults, $2.50 for children ages 4-12, $4.50 for seniors age 60 and over.

Boos and sprits Enjoy some hors d'oeuvres and drinks during the Bamboo & Brew event tonight at Franklin Park Conservatory. For $10 you get admission to Chihuly Reimagined and 10 food and drink tokens to use. (Get extra boos and spirits at a cash bar, but don't forget to have a designated driver!)

Saturday, Oct. 31 (Halloween) Lots of events going downtown: If you want to see costumes and contests there's the HighBall from 4 p.m. to midnight on High Street between Third and Fifth avenues in the Short North for $2. (Ohio native and Project Runway contestant Althea Harper is going to be there as a judge!) Visit www.highballhalloween.com.

There's also a Halloween event at Park Street Tavern. A "True Blood Halloween Bash" for $5 that includes costume contests and entertainment.

Boo-rito giveaway Dress up like a Chipotle bowl, salad, taco or burrito and get a FREE burrito at Chipotle from 6 p.m. to closing on Halloween.
