Iím eating lunch with a former co-worker wondering: What am I doing at Ruby Tuesday? I can only imagine your scorn. I work in Lewis Center, which says a lot about my lunch options. The restaurant culture here is a work in progress, to put it politely. But I also had to satisfy a curiosity: I canít remember the last time, or if I had ever, eaten at Ruby Tuesday. The menu is typical of a chain: large, safe and approachable. The club house salad ($8.99) met expectations, with its rows of tomatoes, cheddar, avocado, bacon, chicken and lettuce. The creamy Caesar was tart but inoffensive. Couldnít find a house-mixed dressing. Would I return? Possibly. There is a salad bar.
