I love going to the Farmers Markets. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, breads and more are offered. A few markets will still be offering vegetable and herb plants for those of you that are behind on getting your garden started. Two that I've been to that will likely have the largest variety of offerings this Saturday include the Worthington Farmers Market (more than 70 vendors) and the Clintonville Farmers Market (more than 60 vendors). The Worthington Farmers Market runs near the Village Green (S.R. 161/U.S. 23) and south along both sides of High Street from 8 a.m. to noon. The Clintonville Farmers Market takes place along High Street from Orchard Lane to Dunedin Road. Bring your own reusable bags to put your items in and a cooler if you plan on buying any dairy or meat/poultry products.
