"The idea was to film and record street musicians live outside," PFC producer/manager Raan Williams said. "We started with Roger Ridley at ther Santa Monica promenade because it was close to where we lived. Then we added others like Grandpa Elliott from New Orleans. As we go we were building a track of people who'd never met but could listen to those who's been recorded before as they were playing or singing."
