Fashion + Rock = more $$ toward cure

When The Beat first encountered Amee BellWanzo last year,she was preparing Columbus Rocks the Cure's fourth annual rock n' roll fundraiser for cancer research adn awareness. We found her personal story impressive. Here's our blog post from last summer.

She's added a new event to the organization's efforts, an edgy fashion show with live rock muic called Fashion Rocks the Cure, to be held at outland Live in the Brewery District Saturday, March 31. At what other cancer fundraiser can you have "your face melted with live music by local bands"?
