Class teaches kids how to create animations
If your child has animation on the brain, they might want to check out a new program from Kids Creative Studio. It's called After-School Animators, and it's a part of the Worthington After School Program Initiative (although it's also open to non-residents).
The class, which begins on Oct. 7, will teach kids how to use iPads and technology to create animations. Please note that kids need to provide their own supplies, and a full list can be found online. It's geared toward kids in grades 3 to 8.
The class is held at Worthington Hills Elementary on Mondays from 3:15 to 4:45 p.m. Along with the cost of supplies, class registration is $80. Register or learn more here.
