Now, these are very large cans for the average dinner but you can see how much more economical they are compared to the 14.5 oz. cans of tomatoes or 26.oz. jar of sauce in the grocery store. If you have a deep freeze you can prepare a large pot of your favorite sauce and separate it in containers and freeze it. It is nice have it to pull out when you need it quick meal.
