    New Albany's Zack Buck catches his breath following the 3,200-meter relay at the Division I regional meet May 29 at Pickerington North. Buck, a sophomore, is expected to be among the top returnees for the Eagles next season.

    Winters' title boosts hunger

    Approximately 90 minutes after sophomore Karrington Winters of the New Albany High School girls track and field team won her second consecutive Division I state title in the 400 meters June 8 at Ohio State, Solon won the team championship despite having just eight athletes competing and winning only one event.
