2014 commencement | Brookhaven High School
Whitehall resident Chayla Wigton tries to hold back tears Saturday, May 31, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center as the final Brookhaven High School class graduates. Wigton was set to graduate in 2000 but failed the math section of the Ohio Graduation Test. She passed the test last fall and was allowed to graduate at age 32. Brookhaven, part of Columbus City Schools, was closed by the district this year.
