Pickerington Central did it. The Tigers beat Reynoldsburg last Friday and now have finished the regular season as the Super 7 champion, completing an impressive run that saw them earn that No. 1 ranking by unanimous vote each week. Being the champion bodes well for Central, as each of the last four winners went on to advance at least as far as a state semifinal, with Brookhaven in 2004 in Division II and Hilliard Davidson in 2006 in Division I winning state titles.
