Olentangy Liberty High School's Ashley Specht won her third consecutive state title in the 100-yard breaststroke in a state-record 1 minute, 1.89 seconds at the Division I state swimming and diving meet, which concluded Saturday.

Kellie Carmendy placed fourth in diving (384.4), the 200 medley relay of Lauren Rosenberg, Specht, Alyssa Heydorn and Rachel Chickerella finished sixth (1:49.3) and the 200 free relay of Specht, Chickerella, Alexa Kaufman and Hannah Schramm placed seventh (1:38.48).

The Patriots finished eighth (90) as Upper Arlington (349) won its fifth consecutive title.

The Olentangy boys team finished eighth (110) in the Division II state meet behind Hunting Valley University (288).

Jay Haney finished third (1:43.36) in the 200 free and eighth in the 100 butterfly (52.31). Ben Bailey placed sixth in the 200 IM (1:56.39) and seventh in the 100 back (53.37).

The 400 free relay of Haney, Tom Carpenter, Aaron Norris and Bailey finished sixth (3:15.06) and the 200 medley relay of Bailey, Eric Evans, Haney and Carpenter finished eighth (1:39.84).
