Most memorable kitchen experience: Having worked in this industry I have had many opportunities to meet and host our nation's dignitaries. I believe though that every guest that I have an opportunity to delight makes for a memorable experience for not only me, but my staff. Every wedding, holiday or busy night creates memorable experiences.

Best thing about the Columbus dining scene: The unexpected quality of the food preparation. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful and the cuisines are very diverse. You are able to experience a wide range of popular cooking styles and sometimes find flavor combinations that you wouldn't have imagined that work together.
