Goat cheese and fig salad

Ingredients

 
  • 6 ounces of mixed salad greens
  • 1 ounce broken goat cheese vinaigrette (recipe included)
  • 1.5 ounces of sliced fresh figs
  • .5 ounces brioche croutons
  • .25 ounces of chives
 

Procedure

In a bowl add 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese, 1 tablespoon of honey, .33 cups of champagne vinegar and 1 cup of olive oil. Whisk together.
 
In a large salad bowl mix greens and dressing well.
 
Add dressed greens to a plate and top with remaining ingredients.
