Kathleen Marhefka, daughter of Ron and Debbie Marhefka of Upper Arlington, was married to Aaron Stamper, son of Laurie Watson and Jack Stamper of Rittman, on July 21, 2012, at Trinity United Methodist Church. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Philip Brooks.
The maid of honor was Katie Dobies Malone. Bridesmaids were Aly Mackey, Ashley Huber, Amy Philips, Ashley Kline and Megan Montel Rule. The flower girl was Piper Philips.
The best man was Josh Gealy. Groomsmen were Jeff Branson, Todd Philips, Steve Huber, Sean Gilbert and Chris Mackey. The ring bearer was Tristan Philips.
The ushers were Mike Ritchey and Fletch Zimpher.
The bride received a bachelor's degree in biology from Ohio University and a master's degree in public health from Ohio State University. She is a clinical research coordinator at the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital, Ohio State University.
The groom received a bachelor's degree in secondary education from the University of Akron and is pursuing a master's degree in administration at Ashland University. He is a history instructor at the Columbus International School, Columbus City Schools.
The couple took a wedding trip to the Sandals Resort in the Bahamas.
They reside in Upper Arlington.
