Pataskala voters OK all three liquor options on ballot

Pataskala voters approved all three liquor options on the Nov. 5 ballot, according to unofficial results from the Licking County Board of Elections.

In Precinct 1-A, Jimmy V’s Grill and Pub at 14211 E. Broad St. received 250 votes, or 65.62 percent of the votes cast, in favor of a Sunday sales option to sell wine, mixed beverages and liquor between 10 a.m. and midnight.

There were 131 votes cast against, or 34.38.

In Precinct 1-B, Puerto Vallarta at 100 Emswiler Way received 222 votes, or 71.15 percent of the votes cast, for a Sunday sales option to sell wine, mixed beverages and liquor between 11 a.m. and midnight.

There were 90 votes cast against, or 28.85 percent.

In Precinct 3-B, High Lands at 10391 Hollow Road received 350 votes, or 72.02 percent of the votes cast, in favor of a Sunday sales option to sell wine, mixed beverages and liquor between 10 a.m. and midnight.

There were 136 votes cast against, or 27.98 percent.

The results, which included absentee ballots, were calculated with all precincts reporting.
