Sarah Elisabeth Farmer, daughter of Debra and Fred Garner of Rayland and Bob and Claudia Farmer of Belmont, is engaged to be married to Bradley Scott Waldsmith, son of Jim and Marilyn Waldsmith of Westerville.
The bride-to-be graduated from Buckeye Local High School in Rayland in 1999. She received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Bethany College in 2003 and a master's degree in school counseling from Geneva College in 2008. She is employed with the State of Ohio in the department of Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities.
Her fiance graduated from Westerville South High School in 1999. He received an associate degree in aging services from Columbus State Community College in 2002, followed by a bachelor's degree in social work from Ohio State University in 2006. He just completed a master's degree in counseling and ministry at the Methodist Theological School of Ohio, graduating this year.
The wedding will take place March 22 at the Olde Gahanna Sanctuary.
