Musical Menagerie

The Columbus Symphony Orchestra goes wild with its presentation of Camille Saint-Saëns' delightful Carnival of the Animals in a Concerts for Kids program April 6 in the Riffe Center Capitol Theatre. The French composer allows your imagination to take over and hear animals as "voiced" by the instruments of the orchestra. Kids are welcome to come in animal costume. Pre-concert activities, beginning at 2 p.m., include a musical craft, instruments to see and play, conducting lessons, musical tattoos and more. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for children.
