FCBank's community commitment continues
To the Editor:
In 1908, Farmers Citizens Bank opened its doors in Crawford County, where we still operate today. From the beginning, our bank's primary mission has been to fulfill the banking needs of the communities we serve. Some changes are on the way, but as the president and CEO, you have my word that our core mission remains the same.
A merger between Farmers Citizens Bank and CNB Financial Corp. will be completed soon.
CNB Financial Corp. is an outstanding partner for our bank, as it has a successful community-banking model that will provide more resources for our customers and the support we need to continue to grow.
The most obvious change our customers will notice is our name.
We will become FCBank. We will operate as a separate division of CNB Bank and continue to have local decision-making and oversight.
I believe our exemplary, personal service is what has always set us apart. Rest assured that will not change, nor will our commitment to the communities we serve. AS FCBank, we will continue our tradition of being a community bank that proudly serves its customers.
Coleman J. Clougherty,
president and CEO,
