To the Editor:

I neither know nor care what Kathy Cocuzzi's political affiliation is. I know what she's like as a person, and I have watched her work tirelessly, cheerfully, and enthusiastically for the city of Westerville and its citizens.

She is as good an advocate for our city as I've ever met. Her passion is Westerville, and you couldn't find a better representative of the kind of values and vision that Westerville needs as we move forward.

I've had the pleasure and the privilege of working with her on a number of projects over the years, and serving with her on the Recreation Advisory Board. I have seen her in action, and I've seen her make a difference. Our community is a stronger, more vibrant, better place to live because of people like Kathy who are willing to give their time and energy to local politics.

But that's the key: it's about us. It's local. Pay attention. When you find someone who is dedicated and good at what they do, and who bring their heart and soul and experience into play on your behalf -- then you should cast your vote for Westerville. For Kathy Cocuzzi. That's what I'm doing!
