All residents should have say in city's comprehensive plan

To the Editor:

With regard to the initiative to amend the Powell city charter to establish new requirements for the revision of the city's comprehensive plan, perhaps Tom Happensack can explain why he believes that only representatives of five local subdivisions should serve on the Comprehensive Plan Commission.

Has he forgotten that all eligible voters of the city of Powell will vote on the initiative and that all voters may want to have a say in the work of the commission?
