Congregation Agudas Achim will host its second annual "Dancing With the Stars" dinner dance from 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, at 2767 E. Broad St.

Entertainment will be provided by Rick Brunetto's Big Band, featuring guest singer Chuck Gillespie. The Premier Ballroom Dance Co. will perform specially choreographed dances.

Catering by Chani will serve a kosher buffet dinner. Silent auction items include a weekend stay at a private home at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, sports tickets and gift cards to area restaurants and retailers.

Complimentary valet parking will be provided by Parking Solutions.

The Conservatory of Piano will hold a series of recitals at the historic King Arts Complex, 867 Mount Vernon Ave., in June.

Nearly 600 students will participate in the recitals, which are free and open to the public.

A formal reception follows each recital.

Local students scheduled to perform include Bexley residents Sharon Brickey, Sonia Brickey, David Edgar, Quentin Francis, Dr. Jerry Fyar, Nathaniel Keri, Bianca Moore, Aaron Pearlmutter, Jacob Satow, Jonah Stavsky, Tamar Stavsky and Nate Tipple.
