Bexley High School will host its Schedule Pick Up Nights (SPUN) from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 8 and 9 in the high school cafeteria for all high school students and their parents.

Bexley High School will host its Schedule Pick Up Nights (SPUN) from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 8 and 9 in the high school cafeteria for all high school students and their parents.

Parents will receive a mailing with detailed information and forms to be completed and returned to the school. Paperwork must be completed and returned before a student may pick up a class schedule at SPUN.

Representatives of school-related groups and activities will be available to provide information to students who wish to participate.

Freshman orientation will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Aug. 7. Incoming freshmen should report to the main entrance lobby. Students should bring completed Emergency Medical Authorization Forms and updated Student Verification forms. Freshmen also will receive BMI/weight, vision and hearing screenings on this date. Parents are encouraged to visit SPUN Aug. 8 or 9.

A New Student Orientation session is set for sophomores through seniors from 1 to 2 p.m. Aug. 13. Participants should report to the high school library at 1 p.m. for this meeting with the guidance counselors.

For SPUN, students with a last name beginning with A-L should attend anytime between 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 8. Students whose last name starts with M-Z should attend anytime from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 9.
