Bexley resident Judy Rush will be among the artists displaying works as the Ohio Craft Museum presents selections from "Quilt National," the 17th biennial juried exhibition produced and circulated by the Dairy Barn Southeastern Ohio Cultural Arts Center in Athens.
More than 25 contemporary art quilts will be available for viewing from Sunday, Feb. 3, through March 24, at the museum, 1665 W. Fifth Ave.
The opening reception for the show will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Feb. 3.
During the reception, there will be a Hand-in-Hand Family Workshop from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Using pre-sewn quilt scraps and fusible fabric, children and their favorite adults will create a no-sew textile piece to hang on the wall. The workshop is free with support from Arlington Bank. Advance registration is required by calling 614-486-4402.
