Phones stolen from two residents

A resident in the 2700 block of Columbus Avenue told Bexley police that two juvenile suspects approached her as she was talking on her cellphone and walking Sept. 25 near the intersection of Cassingham Road and Ruhl Avenue. One suspect grabbed her phone, valued at $200, and both suspects fled on bicycles.

A resident in the 700 block of Cassingham Road reported Sept. 24 that someone stole her daughter's cellphone, valued at $150, from the grounds of Bexley High School, 326 S. Cassingham Road.

In other Bexley police reports:

* A resident in the first block of Columbia Avenue reported someone stole her mountain bike, valued at $50, on Sept. 24 from Jeffrey Park on Parkview Avenue.

* An Ohio Avenue resident said someone stole his wallet from the laundry room of an apartment building in the 900 block of Mayfield Place. The victim reported the wallet contained $300 and a credit card.
