Robert F. Reed (center front, left, with sash) and Ryan T. Reed (center front, right), both seniors at Bexley High School, recently earned recognition as Eagle Scouts, the highest rank attainable in the scouting program division of the Boy Scouts of America. The two received the award at a ceremony held Dec. 28, at the Athletic Club of Columbus. U.S. Congressman Steve Stivers, from Columbus' 15th District, and members of Boy Scout Troop 603, based at St. Catharine Church, near Bexley, were on hand. About two million young men have earned the Eagle Scout since the first was awarded in 1912.
