FEATURED ARTIST: BRYAN MOSS

Local artist Bryan Moss will be displaying his paintings in the library's first floor gallery space (lobby and hall) during February. His work can also be viewed at his website: strangethingsmoss.blogspot.com.

RESUME REVIEW

Participants in this program can have their resume reviewed and edited by a representative from New Directions Career Center from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30.

COMPUTER BASICS

Adults will learn the basics of using a computer and how to tame that pesky mouse from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, as part of this class.

MOTHER-DAUGhTER BOOK CLUB

Parents and their children can read Flora and Ulysses by Kate DiCamillo and then attend a book club where they will share trivia to challenge friends and share conversations about the book. The club meets from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5.

SPREAD THE LOVE: VALENTINE MAKING

Youth are invited to let their creativity loose at the library and make some valentines from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Feb. 7. The library will have paper, glitter, ribbon and more on hand for the projects.

INTRODUCTION TO GENEALOGY

Adults can learn the basics of gathering information to begin researching their family history and discover useful databases and websites in a class set for 10 to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 11.
