Bexley: Slashed tires trouble residents

Two residents in the 700 block of Chelsea Avenue told Bexley police someone damaged their vehicles between Feb. 9 and 10 . The left front tire of a 2003 Honda Pilot and the left rear tire of a 2000 Honda Accordwere punctured, reports said.

Damage was estimated at $200, reports stated.

A resident in the 700 block of Roosevelt Avenue reported someone slashed the left rear tire of her vehicle between Feb. 9 and 10, causing $100 worth of damage.

In other recent incident reports from the Bexley Police Department:

* An employee of a business in the 2200 block of East Livingston Avenue reported an unknown suspect entered the store Feb. 9, took multiple six-packs of beer and left without paying. The suspect headed west on Livingston Avenue in a black SUV, reports said.

* A resident in the 900 block of Chelsea Avenue reported someone forcibly entered her residence through the rear door, causing damage to the door and window. No items were reported missing.
