Bexley: Laptop lifted from man's vehicle

Bexley police said a resident in the 2400 block of Bexley Park Road reported someone stole a silver laptop computer valued at $700 from the trunk of his vehicle, parked in his back driveway on Aug. 15.

In other recent incident reports from the Bexley Police Department:

* A resident in the 300 block of North Cassady Avenue reported that between Aug. 17 and Aug. 18, someone entered his open, attached garage and stole a bicycle valued at $450.

* A resident in the 800 block of Montrose Avenue reported an attempted theft of copper tubing from his exterior central air conditioning unit at the rear of his home. The attempt occurred between the last week of April and the first week of May.

* A resident in the 100 block of South Cassady Avenue reported approximately $2,000 worth of fraudulent transactions in which her debit card was used. The first transaction was made in March and the last known transaction took place in July.
