Henry named athletics director at CSG

Megan Henry, a Gahanna resident and 1982 graduate of Upper Arlington High School, has been named athletics director at Columbus School for Girls.

She began her new role July 15 and succeeded Lindsey Smith, who left to become athletics director at Wellington.

Henry has a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Marietta and a master’s in physical education and athletic administration from Eastern Kentucky.

For the past year, she was a physical education teacher at Whitehall Preparatory and Fitness Academy, after previously holding various administrative, coaching and teaching positions at USA Basketball, Mount Holyoke College, Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of West Florida.
