Canal Winchester's 2013 Music & Art in the Park, summer concert series, 6 to 9 p.m. May 17 at Stradley Place. In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' first album, this concert will feature Sweet Beats, four actor musicians dedicated to the recreation of Beatles music and Beatlemania. Other attractions include a fire, police and construction vehicle display and free balloon art. Live art demonstrations and a variety of exhibits by the Canal Winchester Art Guild will be available to view. Historical Aircraft Squadron, annual open house, May 18 (rain date is May 19) at the Fairfield County Airport, 3266 Old Columbus Road, Carroll. Admission and parking are free.
