* Tiffin University has announced its 2013 spring dean's list. Canal Winchester residents Derek Beckman and Victoria Davidson were named to the list.

* Matthew G. Bostic and Cory T. Cosby of Canal Winchester graduated from Wittenberg University at its May 2013 commencement.

Bostic received a bachelor's degree in biology. Cosby received a bachelor's degree in sociology.

* Cory M. Spelman of Canal Winchester recently graduated from the College of Engineering at Ohio Northern University. He received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

The Canal Winchester High School graduate is the son of Michael and Sheri Spelman.

* The University of Kentucky has released its dean's list for the spring 2013 semester.

To make the dean's list in one of the UK colleges, a student must earn a grade point average of 3.6 or higher and must have earned 12 credits or more in that semester, excluding credits earned in pass-fail classes. Some UK colleges require a 3.5 GPA to make the list.

Canal Winchester students named to the list include: Andrew Caudill and Amanda Herron.

* Central Ohio Technical College recently released its president's list for spring semester 2013. To qualify for the president's list, a student must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 graded credit hours and earn a grade point average of 4.00.

Groveport students named to the list include: Rebecca Brown and Melisa Minier.

* Central Ohio Technical College recently released its honors list for spring semester 2013.

To qualify for the list, a student must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 graded credit hours and earn a grade point average of 3.50 or better.

Canal Winchester and Groveport students named to the list include: Tim Bainter and Kayleigh Cornes.

* Wilmington College recently announced the names of students included on its dean's list for the 2013 spring semester.

Emily Noskowiak of Canal Winchester, a junior, is on the list.

To be eligible for the dean's list, a student must be enrolled full time and maintain at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
