Students from area schools decorated Clintonville businesses' windows for the holiday, bringing back a neighborhood tradition that faded away decades ago. Folks who attended the Halloween Hop, held Saturday, Oct. 27, voted Sobo Style's window the best, with 36 votes to second-place winner Elm & Iron's 23 votes.
