Columbus International High School Principal Ameer Kim El-Mallawany has announced a Community Day will be held Saturday, Dec. 1, at the school.
The special open house will be at the school's new home in the historic North High School, 100 Arcadia Ave.
Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. and the open house will continue through 3:30 p.m., according to a parent spokesman.
"Come celebrate international learning and fun for the entire family at this new Clintonville location," said Michael Lephart in an announcement.
The open house will feature workshops in language, music and art, along with performance programs featuring International High School groups and a screening of the film Fambul Tok. Directed by Sara Terry, the documentary focuses on the aftermath of brutality in Sierra Leone.
School tours will be conducted by members of the North High Alumni.
There will be a special appearance by Art Darnbrough, the North High historian and former teacher.
Alumni will be on hand to answer questions, sign autographs and pose for pictures, according to the announcement.
