Clintonville: Would-be burglar targets Ceramic Drive

A Ceramic Drive resident reported someone tried to break into her home at 5:30 a.m. June 7.

The would-be burglar did not gain entry into the residence, the woman told officers at 6:11 a.m. that day.

In other recent Clintonville-area police reports:

* A Worthington woman told police she was punched in the face at 10:30 p.m. June 7 while at the intersection of Morse Road and North High Street. The victim had no visible injuries and declined medical treatment, according to reports.

* An East Beechwold Boulevard resident said he believes two people broke into his home between 8 and 11:45 p.m. June 7. In a report filed at 2:22 a.m. June 8, the man said a television worth $380 was stolen during the burglary.
