The Bishop Watterson High School theater department's fall play, the comedy You Can't Take it With You by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman, will be performed at the school Nov 1, 3, 8 and 9.
The play debuted on Broadway in 1936.
It's the story of the eccentric Sycamore family, the straight-laced Kirby family, and the clashes that take place when their children fall in love and decide to get married.
The cast includes seniors Allison Freed, Maddie Cumbo, Belle Brown, Ben Lampe, Brayden Steller, Aidan Roach, Hailey Mattes and Shannon Cogan; juniors Dominic Rippey, Nick Gasior, Andy Simmons and Caitlin Yeck; sophomores John Markiewicz, Michael Carmody and Maya Steller; and freshmen Jacob Erney, Sam Palazza, Emma Koehler and Emily Jacknewitz.
Show times are 7:30 p.m. Nov. 1, 8 and 9, and 2 p.m. Nov. 3.
A reunion for drama alumni will be held before the Nov. 9 performance with a social hour at 6:30 p.m. at Dominican Hall.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens.
