Sunday December 22, 2013 3:35 PM

Helping Hands Center, a non-profit organization with a mission to meet the educational and therapeutic needs of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, has announced its Winter 2014 Music Together class schedule.

Music Together classes foster natural, family-style learning. Each child participates at his or her own level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, watching or exploring musical instruments. Music Together classes at Helping Hands Center aim to be accessible to all families and allow everyone to attend classes together and interact in a playful, musical environment.

Each class session is 45 minutes. Session I is at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday evenings through March 12. Session II is at 9:30 a.m. Friday mornings through March 14. Classes are held at Helping Hands Center, 2500 Medary Ave.

Tuition, which includes all 10 classes, a CD and a songbook, is $165 for the first child in a family, $95 for the first sibling and $50 for the second sibling. Infant siblings 9 months or younger are free.
