* Kris J. Long of Clintonville, deputy county administrator for the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, has been appointed to serve a three-year term as an at-large member of the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Board of Governors.

The 24-member Board of Governors meets monthly to manage the association's business affairs, set policy, review pending legislation and conduct other business on behalf of OSBA members. The OSBA president-elect appoints one at-large member each year to serve a three-year term.

Long received her undergraduate degree from Hope College and her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.
