September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month! Come to the library and get cards for the whole family. The free cards provide access to books, the Internet, programs, magazines, DVDs and more.

Story times will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 2.

• "Recycling Fair" Family Night, 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 16. Stories, games and a craft focusing on re-using everyday items.

• Teen Café, 2 to 5 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 18. For ages 12 to 17.

• Teen Scene, 2 to 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 19. Get a head start on Halloween by making "Goth" sock puppets. Ages 12 to 17.

• Teen Movie Wednesday, 2 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 24. Watch a flick, have some snacks and relax. Ages 12 to 17.

• Adult book discussion, 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 24, "Fast Food Nation" by Eric Schlosser.

• Evening Story Time, up to age 6, 6:30 p.m. Mondays.

• Toddler Story Time, ages 2-3, 10 a.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

• Picture Book Time, ages 4-6, 10 a.m. Thursdays.

• Baby Time, for ages birth to 24 months, 11 a.m. Thursdays.
