The fairy godmothers of the Delaware Women's City Club have announced a Princess Tea, to be held on Saturday, Oct. 11. Two seatings will be accommodated. The first will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m.; the second will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

The October teas request princess attire and will include similar royal activities: Each princess will be photographed, presented to the group and promenaded. The doors to the dining room will then be thrown open, and the princesses and their attendants will sit down to a lavish tea.

Cost of the tea is $20 per princess and $10 per queen mum, aunt, grand-mum or royal chaperone. Please respond by Oct. 6 by calling (740) 369-0806.

The Women's City Club is a volunteer-based organization dedicated to the maintenance of the club's Victorian home at 135 N. Franklin St. New members are always welcome. For more information, contact president Leslie Sutandar at lkumpsutandar@ col umbus. rr.com.
