The Delaware County Fairgrounds' Arts & Crafts Building will be the site of a Three Bags Full "Moms Helping Moms" consignment sale on Oct. 3 and 4.

The sale, organized by Three Bags Full founders DeAnn and Kurt Nightingale of Granville will feature gently used clothing, toys, books, furniture and other equipment for babies, as well as other items for people of all ages. The items are inspected for quality and to ensure nothing is sold that has stains, tears, rips or other damage.

The main sale will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 4. However, first-time expectant mothers who register at www.ThreeBagsFull.info, will be permitted to shop at the fairgrounds at 7 p.m. on Oct. 2. Those wishing to sell items also can register to do so at the same Web address.

Items in the sale are provided by the Nightingales and other parents who sell the goods on a consignment basis. Those who provide items but don't participate in the sale will receive 65 percent of the proceeds from sales of their items, and those who sell the items themselves at the sale will receive 80 percent of the proceeds.

A portion of the remaining proceeds from the two-day sale will be donated to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus' Joint Organization for Inner-City Needs program, otherwise known as JOIN.
