More important, of course, is the total number of blood units donated so far: 304.

The contest continues through July 31. Each donation represents a vote for the Delaware County emergency responder of your choice firefighters or law enforcement.

Bloodmobiles are scheduled to be at McDonald's restaurant at 608 W. Central Ave. in Delaware from 1 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 29; at Powell United Methodist Church at 825 E. Olentangy St. in Powell from 2 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 30; at the Strand Theatre, 28 E. Winter St. in Delaware from 1 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 30; and at Community Library, 44 Burrer Drive in Sunbury from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 31.
