A 37-year-old man was arrested for child endangering after he was seen riding a gas-powered mini-bike while intoxicated with his 6-year-old child on the seat in front of him at 10:08 p.m. July 13 in the 100 block of Hayfield Drive, Delaware police reports said.

A juvenile was transported to an area hospital after he admitted to smoking an unidentified drug at 3:44 p.m. July 15 in the first block of Ohio Street, according to reports.

A 28-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication after she pleaded to be arrested and reportedly advanced on officers in a threatening manner July 15 in the first block of West Central Avenue.

Officers responded to a noise complaint in the 100 block of London Road and discovered three men had been involved in a physical altercation at 1:32 a.m. July 15. Reports said the men sustained minor injuries, but no arrests were made.

A resident of the 200 block of Brandie Drive reported someone they knew posted objectionable material online at 12:59 a.m. July 15. Reports said the case is being forwarded to the Delaware prosecutor's office for possible criminal charges.

A 48-year-old woman was arrested for assault and other charges after she reportedly assaulted a resident in the 2000 block of Bruce Road at 12:40 p.m. July 14.

A 54-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of West Harrison Street at 6:08 p.m. July 13, according to reports.

A 33-year-old man was arrested for taking pieces of scrap metal from a trash container at Hayes High School, 289 Euclid Ave., and attempting to sell the same metal at 6:28 p.m. July 12, according to reports.

Eggs were thrown at two vehicles parked in the 1000 block of Wabash Avenue between midnight and 10:30 a.m. July 12, reports said.

Sunbury

A 26-year-old man was arrested for theft at a business in the 100 block of state Route 3 at 6:35 p.m. July 14. Sunbury police reports said the man left the store with a cart full of steaks and soda without paying. He was driven away by a relative, police said. The suspect was contacted by police and subsequently arrived at the police station, where he told police he has been out of work and didn't have money to purchase the food. He said he threw the items away somewhere in Delaware after leaving the store.

A resident of the 500 block of Millag Drive reported someone stole prescription medication from his home at 7 a.m. July 18. Reports said the victim went to work and came home to find his ex-girlfriend had moved out. He said he believes either she or someone who helped her move stole the medication.

A neighbor dispute occurred at 12:14 a.m. July 14 in the 200 block of Millpond Drive. Reports said a resident was pounding on the shared wall and disturbing her neighbor and her neighbor's family. Police have also received noise complaints from neighbors of the resident.
