The 2014 Parade of Homes will be held at Trails End, making Liberty Township the home show's host for the second time in four years.
The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio announced last week the 2014 Parade of Homes will take place June 14-29 at Trails End, located at the intersection of Olentangy River and Home roads. The 148-home development sits on 216 wooded acres on a plateau overlooking the Olentangy River valley.
The township's Olentangy Falls development was the focus of the 2011 Parade of Homes.
This year's event, which wrapped up last weekend, was held near Dublin.
With homes ranging in price from $600,000 to $900,000, the 2014 Parade of Homes site is located within the Olentangy Local School District. Because the site is atop a ridge, every home can feature walkout basements and scenic views.
Trails End is being developed by the Edwards Land Co., which has hosted multiple Parades, including the 2009 event at Tartan Ridge in Dublin.
