Garden Tea Party, 2 to 4 p.m., Tuesday, July 15. Participants will prepare and enjoy traditional tea treats. Bring a special cup for tea. For girls ages 5 to 12 and an adult. Cost is $15 per pair. Registration is required.

Adult Farm Camp – Backyard Chickens, 6 to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 15. Local experts will discuss how to care for goats, chickens and fields during a program for those interested in starting a homestead or who already have one. A farm-fresh meal will be served. A maximum of 15 people may attend this program, which costs $25. Registration is required.

Know Your Honey, 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, July 17. Apiarist Dave Noble will explain honey: What is it? How do bees make it? The class will include a honey tasting. Cost is $10 per person. Registration is required.

Jams and Jellies, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, July 19. Deb McMillan will show how to preserve seasonal fruits into homemade jams and jellies. Participants will work together, preparing the fruit and canning the results, and take some home. Bring a lunch and dress for a mess. Cost is $30 per person. Class maximum is eight. Registration is required.
