Police responded to a residence in the 9100 block of Haddington Court on Aug. 18 on a call that a neighbor's monkey entered the residence through an open overhead garage door. The monkey opened the door to the home, went through the kitchen cabinets and ran around the house. This is the third time in the last few weeks the monkey has come into the residence. The resident reported it has been an ongoing problem over the years.

Someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 6000 block of Varwyne Drive between 9 p.m. Aug. 7 and 6 a.m. Aug. 8. A wallet and its contents were stolen.

A water hose was turned on and pointed at the front door of a residence in the 6200 Wexford Woods Drive between 1:30 and 5 a.m. Aug. 9. The water seeped under the door, resulting in a warped wood floor. The water also seeped into a vent and into the basement.

A rock was thrown through a window of a vehicle parked in 4900 block of Donegal Cliffs Drive between 11 p.m. Aug. 9 and 4:16 a.m. Aug. 10. A wallet and its contents were stolen.

A mailbox in the 6800 block of Rings Road was knocked off its post between 6 and 8:45 p.m. Aug. 10.

A bike parked at a rack in front of a business in the 7600 block of Sawmill Road was stolen between 7:45 and 8:45 p.m. Aug. 10.

Two vehicles parked in the 7700 block of Brandonway Drive were vandalized with paint, tomatoes and an unknown brown substance between 9:30 and 10:17 p.m. Aug. 12.

Various household items were stolen from a residence in the 5900 block of Rings Road between noon Aug. 8 and 11 a.m. Aug. 13.

A wet tile saw was stolen out of the back of a truck parked at a business in the 6600 block of Dublin Center Drive between 5:20 and 6:34 p.m. Aug. 13.

The driver's side window of a vehicle parked in the 7400 block of Brandshire Lane was smashed between 1 and 8:45 a.m. Aug. 14, and a subwoofer and amplifier were stolen.

A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 5500 block of Frantz Road between 2 and 5:15 p.m. Aug. 13.

Several types of prescription drugs were stolen from a bag stored in a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Glen Meadow Court in the morning hours of Aug. 15.

Two juveniles were caught attempting to steal alcohol and various items from a store in the 7100 block of Hospital Drive at 2:15 p.m. Aug. 15.

Someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 4300 block of Hanna Hills Drive between 12:01 and 7 a.m. Aug. 17 and stole a purse and its contents.

Someone also entered an unlocked vehicle in the 4200 block of Hanna Hills Drive between 9:30 p.m. Aug. 16 and 9 a.m. Aug. 17 and stole an insurance card and damaged the dashboard.

A window at Karrer Middle School, 7245 Tullymore Drive, was damaged between 10 a.m. Aug. 17 and 6 a.m. Aug. 18.

A security fence of a business in the 5700 block of Avery Road was cut for someone to gain access to two company-owned vehicles between 1:39 and 2:09 a.m. Aug. 17.

Someone slashed tires on two vehicles parked in the 8000 block of Lombard Way between 10:30 p.m. Aug. 17 and 7 a.m. Aug. 18. Eggs were thrown on the front stone of the residence.

A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle in the 6700 block of Eiterman Road between 6:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Aug. 18.

A net was torn off a soccer goal at a residence in the 6900 block of Blackhawk Court between 9:45 a.m. Aug. 18 and 8 a.m. Aug. 19.

Someone sprayed paint balls on the garage of a residence in the 8000 block of Lombard Way between 12:30 and 12:45 a.m. Aug. 20.

Several tires of a vehicle parked in the 6800 block of Gullway Bay Drive were slashed between 7 p.m. Aug. 19 and 9 a.m. Aug. 20.

Police responded to a business in the 3800 block of West Dublin-Granville Road and found someone asleep in a car with a backpack that contained drug paraphernalia.
