Two groups of Dublin high school students will be out trick-or-treating Oct. 30.

It's not candy they will be after, though, but canned and boxed food.

The Dublin Interact students and drama students from all three high schools will be collecting non-perishable food for the Dublin Food Pantry.

The theme for the Dublin High School Interact clubs is "Trick or Treat for Cans" while the drama students' theme is "Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat."

The students will be out between 6-8 p.m., the same hours set aside for trick-or-treating in Dublin this year. Residents can also drop food off at one of the three high schools and designate it for one of the two groups.
