Congregation Beth Tikvah, 6121 Olentangy River Road, will host a political discussion at 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 11. The topics are voting trends in the last election and an analysis of the new administration.

Congregation Beth Tikvah, 6121 Olentangy River Road, will host a political discussion at 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 11. The topics are voting trends in the last election and an analysis of the new administration.

Professor Herb Weisberg, chair of the political science department at Ohio State University, and professor David Stebenne of the OSU department of history, will speak on "Our Future Political Landscape and What Happened in the Election of 2008."

Weisberg's research and teaching interests include voting behavior, legislative behavior and research methods. He has been a visiting scholar at numerous universities nationally and internationally.

Stebenne is a specialist in modern American political and legal history. He teaches both in the history department and at the law school at OSU.
