The Dublin Women's Philanthropic Club will award four one-year, $1,000 scholarships to 2009 graduating high school seniors living in the Dublin school district. The scholarships will be awarded to one student from each of the Dublin high schools as well as one student attending a private or alternate high school but living in Dublin.

The DWPC annually awards scholarships to Dublin seniors who demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, leadership and community involvement. Applications will be accepted from Feb. 2 through March 2. Applications will be available in the school guidance offices. Students will be awarded the scholarship at their school's senior award program in May.
