Sandra Puskarcik, Dublin's director of community relations, was arrested by Dublin police on March 14 and charged with OVI and weaving.

Puskarcik, of Dublin, was pulled over on Chaddington Drive around 11:36 p.m. March 14, according to police reports. After a field sobriety test, Puskarcik was arrested and taken to the city's justice center.

City Manager Terry Foegler said the city will follow its "established administrative policy" on this matter. Any speculation on disciplinary action would be "premature" without knowing the legal outcome of the case, he said.

Puskarcik was on vacation Tuesday and could not be reached for comment by press time. A message was left at her home.

Dublin police spokesman Michael Racey said he could not comment.
